The secret to higher productivity and less burnout is Sleep

More sleep = less thinking.

Don’t cut down on the hours of sleep you get just to wake up at 5 or 6 am. Either sleep early or don’t try to fit into an early morning routine together. Trust me, your early morning could be 9 or 10 am. That will in no way affect your success long term as long as you are sleeping 7+ hours. That's when the magic happens.

Think less by sleeping more

Prioritizing ample sleep leads to reduced mental clutter and increased productivity. While occasionally working on overdue tasks in the early morning may be necessary, consistently sacrificing sleep diminishes the quality of your work and puts you in a difficult situation.

Less sleep = toddlers brain

Lack of sleep can transform the functioning of adult minds into that of toddlers' brains. The significance of sleep in our cognitive abilities and emotional processing is profound, and when deprived of sleep, even a minor inconvenience can feel overwhelmingly catastrophic.

Let your body repair itself

Consider your sleep routine as the charger for your laptop or your phone. Just like a laptop cannot function indefinitely on 1% battery, it requires an occasional shutdown, charging, and being left alone. Similarly, your brain operates in a similar manner.

No routine is worth more than the benefits of having adequate and better-quality sleep. That in itself is plenty to help you succeed in your endeavours.
